Track Your Order


Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to view the latest status of your order. We process orders quickly and provide tracking details as soon as your package ships.


Order Processing & Shipping Info

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after shipment.


How to Track Your Order

  • Enter your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email).

  • Enter the Email Address used at checkout.

  • Click Track Order to view your order status and shipping updates.


Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped. If your tracking shows “Label Created,” it means your package is being prepared by the carrier.


Returns & Order Issues

If you received the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, or you need help with a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
